Cependant, nos recherches sur le terrain r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences en mati\u00e8re de transport dans cette zone augmentent consid\u00e9rablement les \u00e9missions de carbone. <\/p>\n\n<p>Pour cette \u00e9tude, nous avons effectu\u00e9 des comptages sur place de sept modes de transport diff\u00e9rents &#8211; bus, minibus, voitures, motos, scooters, v\u00e9los et pi\u00e9tons &#8211; \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents moments de la semaine. Nos conclusions indiquent que le taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 d&rsquo;utilisation de la voiture, en particulier, augmente les embouteillages et fait grimper les \u00e9missions de carbone \u00e0 des niveaux record. Le trafic et les \u00e9missions sont les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s pendant les heures de travail et d&rsquo;\u00e9cole en semaine.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Les calculs annuels montrent que les voitures repr\u00e9sentent environ 87 % des \u00e9missions de carbone sur le boulevard K\u0131z\u0131lay.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Densit\u00e9 du trafic et \u00e9missions de carbone<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Selon les donn\u00e9es, les voitures priv\u00e9es sont le mode de transport le plus fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9 sur le boulevard K\u0131z\u0131lay. Compar\u00e9es aux transports publics, les voitures ont un nombre de passagers beaucoup plus faible mais occupent le plus d&rsquo;espace au m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9. Leur utilisation intensive contribue de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 la congestion du trafic et \u00e0 la pollution de l&rsquo;environnement. Des calculs annuels montrent que les voitures repr\u00e9sentent environ 87 % des \u00e9missions de carbone sur le boulevard K\u0131z\u0131lay. En revanche, les transports publics et les modes de transport actifs (marche, v\u00e9lo, scooter) produisent beaucoup moins d&rsquo;\u00e9missions, mais sont sous-utilis\u00e9s en raison du manque de confort et de l&rsquo;inad\u00e9quation des infrastructures.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Probl\u00e8mes de conception des rues et strat\u00e9gies durables<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Le trac\u00e9 actuel du boulevard K\u0131z\u0131lay comprend deux voies de circulation principales et deux voies occup\u00e9es par des v\u00e9hicules en stationnement, soit quatre voies au total. Malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;espace allou\u00e9 aux v\u00e9hicules et au stationnement, il n&rsquo;y a pas de voies r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux v\u00e9los ou aux scooters. De plus, les trottoirs sont plus ou moins larges et emp\u00eachent les pi\u00e9tons de se d\u00e9placer confortablement. Les arbres irr\u00e9guli\u00e8rement plac\u00e9s, les poteaux \u00e9lectriques et les v\u00e9hicules stationn\u00e9s ill\u00e9galement sur les trottoirs r\u00e9duisent encore davantage les possibilit\u00e9s de promenade et posent des risques pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.   <\/p>\n\n<p>En tant que chercheurs, nous proposons plusieurs recommandations pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions et rendre la rue plus vivable :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Encourager les transports publics :<\/strong> L&rsquo;augmentation de la fr\u00e9quence et de la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 des services de bus et de minibus peut r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard des v\u00e9hicules priv\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e9er des voies r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux v\u00e9los et aux scooters :<\/strong> Les voies r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux v\u00e9los peuvent favoriser le transport actif et r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement les \u00e9missions de carbone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9largir et am\u00e9liorer les trottoirs :<\/strong> L&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de l&rsquo;espace pi\u00e9tonnier peut encourager la marche et augmenter le trafic pi\u00e9tonnier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9duire les places de stationnement :<\/strong> L&rsquo;\u00e9limination des places de stationnement en bordure de trottoir peut lib\u00e9rer de l&rsquo;espace pour les espaces verts et les modes de transport durables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L&rsquo;avenir du boulevard K\u0131z\u0131lay<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude souligne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de faire \u00e9voluer non seulement le boulevard K\u0131z\u0131lay, mais aussi de nombreux autres boulevards et rues d&rsquo;Istanbul vers un mod\u00e8le de transport plus durable. Les gouvernements locaux devraient revoir la planification des transports afin de r\u00e9duire le trafic automobile et de soutenir des mod\u00e8les durables et respectueux de l&rsquo;environnement.
