Het delen van onze bevindingen met vooraanstaande experts en praktijkmensen op het gebied van energie en duurzaamheid was een ongelooflijke kans en een belangrijke mijlpaal in onze reis. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hoe dit onderzoek aansluit bij PED4ALL<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Dit onderzoek getuigt van de missie van PED4ALL om energiepositieve wijken te cre\u00ebren. Het laat zien hoe energie-effici\u00ebntie kan worden geoptimaliseerd door naadloos drie schalen te integreren: <strong>stedelijk<\/strong>, <strong>gebouw<\/strong> en <strong>technologie.<\/strong> Door deze lagen met elkaar te verbinden, willen we een holistische en gegevensgestuurde basis cre\u00ebren voor het transformeren van stedelijke gebieden in duurzame, energiepositieve ruimtes. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wat ons onderzoek doet<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Ons werk richt zich op het ontwikkelen van innovatieve strategie\u00ebn om energie-effici\u00ebntie en de integratie van hernieuwbare energie in buurten te maximaliseren. Met behulp van geavanceerde hulpmiddelen zoals GIS, BIM, eQUEST en PV Syst hebben we aangetoond: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Integratie op stedelijke schaal<\/strong>: GIS-gegevens gebruiken om energiedynamiek op wijkniveau te begrijpen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optimalisatie op gebouwschaal<\/strong>: BIM gebruiken om de prestaties van gebouwen te verfijnen en mogelijkheden voor retrofit te identificeren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Integratie van technologie<\/strong>: Overbruggen van de kloof tussen ontwerp en duurzame energiesystemen via Industry Foundation Classes (IFC), waardoor naadloze gegevensuitwisseling mogelijk wordt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Waarom dit van belang is<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Dit onderzoek ondersteunt de PED4ALL-visie rechtstreeks door:<\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Empowerment van besluitvorming<\/strong>: Hulpmiddelen en methoden bieden om gebieden met een hoog energieverbruik en potentieel voor hernieuwbare energie te identificeren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aansturen van innovatie<\/strong>: Demonstreren hoe technologie en data interoperabele, schaalbare oplossingen kunnen cre\u00ebren voor stedelijke duurzaamheid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Het veld vooruithelpen<\/strong>: Het aanbieden van reproduceerbare methoden voor het integreren van hernieuwbare energiesystemen in stedelijke en bouwkundige ontwerpprocessen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>We zijn er trots op dat we deel uitmaken van het PED4ALL initiatief, dat werkt aan een duurzamere toekomst. Dit onderzoek is nog maar het begin van een spannende stap in de richting van het cre\u00ebren van energiepositieve wijken die gemeenschappen wereldwijd inspireren en kracht geven.
